Oldfield Park development appraisal

This project evaluates development potential for a constrained urban site in Oldfield Park, Bath. Two proposals are explored: a two-storey apartment block with two one-bedroom flats and a three-storey block with three one-bedroom flats. Both options incorporate sustainable features, including solar PV systems to meet energy requirements and green roofs to enhance ecological value. The designs address site challenges such as limited green space, proximity to a railway line, and access constraints, while prioritising biodiversity and efficient use of space.
