A feasibility study to assess the potential for development on a site in the centre of Bath. We developed options for different housing typologies and assessed their potential to gain planning consent.

We have the skills in-house to assess the on-site energy generation potential of the plot. This, combined with our knowledge of low carbon design, Passivhaus and modern methods of construction, means that we develop the form of the building to achieve high sustainability credentials.
