Passivhaus Planning Package modelling to satisfy Policy SCR6 local planning policy requirements for a new block of 4x flats in the centre of Bath. The appointment also included solar photovoltaic yeild calculations to estimate the potential for on-site energy generation. The final design proposes to install solar photovoltaic panels in discreet locations in order to preserve the historic setting of the site.
