Manor Terrace

The existing property was poorly laid out and in a state of disrepair. The client requested a series of design options for their constrained budget. Our response was to retain the front two rooms of the house as a downstairs office and living room. The rear rooms were combined into a large kitchen, living and dining space with a small 4m² extension added to make best use of the space.

The result is a generously sized and well laid out family home.
