Combe Down home reconfiguration

This project explores innovative options to reconfigure and modernise a family home at Hansford Square, Bath. It includes two potential layouts, both focusing on creating a spacious, functional kitchen/diner/family room by integrating the kitchen, hallway, and playroom, and incorporating a new utility room, WC, and patio for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Key features address thermal efficiency by replacing the conservatory and repositioning heating systems for optimal performance. Each design balances cost-efficiency with improved flow and usability, offering practical yet creative solutions tailored to meet the client’s needs and elevate the home’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.
