Rural Development Appraisals

This project focuses on redeveloping a 4-acre site to maximise value through diverse opportunities, including housing, light industrial units or battery storage. Initial plans target outline planning permission for residential development, with options for high-density housing or self-build plots.


Key considerations include sustainable access, meeting biodiversity net gain requirements, and integrating flood risk and drainage solutions. A topographical survey and masterplans are in progress, with pre-application consultations planned.


The project balances innovative design with ecological and infrastructural needs, creating a flexible and appealing opportunity for future development while addressing market and regulatory requirements.
